Sartoria Messori was hosted by Loro Piana (Fabric Division): a private and extraordinary event in the heart of Rome. A recognition that celebrates excellence, tradition, and sartorial vision.
Sartoria Messori is today confirmed as the top tailoring house by revenue in Italy for Loro Piana – Fabric Division and one of the top five in the world, a result that testifies to a consolidated relationship founded on quality, research, and shared vision.
Gianmarco Messori, heir and creative director of Sartoria Messori, was invited by Loro Piana – Fabric Division to participate in an event reserved for a select few, designed to bring together some of the best tailoring houses in the world. The gathering took place in the exclusive setting of the Hotel Orient Express Minerva, the first hotel in the world from the famous chain.
The occasion confirmed the strength and high value of the collaboration between Sartoria Messori and Loro Piana – Fabric Division: a relationship built on a shared vision, featuring uncompromising materials, excellent craftsmanship, and an approach that places authentic handmade culture at its center.
The event program combined inspiration, art, and tradition. Guests took part in an exclusive evening at Villa Ludovisi – Casino dell’Aurora, a historic residence that houses Caravaggio’s only mural fresco, “Jupiter, Neptune and Pluto,” a priceless work accessible only through strictly private visits.
Making the experience even more memorable was exclusive access to the Vatican Museums at dawn, exceptionally opened only for the group: a unique privilege not usually available, which allowed attendees to experience one of the most iconic places in the world in an unforgettable atmosphere.
Gianmarco Messori was also honored with a personal award from Loro Piana – Fabric Division, with deep symbolic value.
During the gathering, the new Summer Collection of the maison was presented—an opportunity to share visions, materials, and creative directions with some of the most authoritative international tailoring houses.
For Sartoria Messori, it was a moment of great prestige and responsibility: confirmation that quality is not simply a value, but a daily journey that evolves, refines, and renews itself.
